Handling and ride qaulity is down to poor suspension not a pulley touching a subframe.

Also did you get the proper conversion mount for the power stering pump?

Standard shocks :| either get some gas shocks and proper poundage springs or a decent set off coilovers

ive got a set of g max 40 mm springs on standerd dampers ? do i need stiffer if so will a set of coilovers do the trick ? i dont see how hard springs would help ............ the subframe aint on springs its attatched to the car ......... and on top of that its more to do with the flex of the "chase" i think thats how you spell it lol ? .... any more thoughts ...... has there been any custom made pullys for the fix because it must be a common problem unless i have got summet wrong? wb

most spring companys can get you a set made up. Just phone them and ask.

Cant remember the exact poundage though. Someone else on here will know.

hi to alll, i have 1 very slight issue with my corsa, a couple of month ago it had a very healthy c20xe put in with all seals replaced and top end rebuild before it went in.......
now its in and apart from a couple of minor issues i have one bigish one and cant see what im ment to do to stop it from having this issue so any help would be appreciated,
right then, its mainly in second when im working my self down the revs but mainly when im going down hill when all the weight is over the front, and its bouncing about with me goin fairly quick..... what is happening is that with me having a power steering, the power steering pump pully is touching the lower subframe and i wondered how to stop this as i cant see any fix........ if you need any more information then just ask..... im not to sure what age the engine is i think its a fairly older version but not 100% sure, infact i dont even no if they designed a new pump for the later engines which didnt do this, but at the moment the the pump is infront of the front offside wheel right down at the bottem next to the sump, cheers dan.
