How stupid of me, Yes the are a 13mm nut on mine too. I've only just been handling a head so should know:lol:

The cam saddles are held down by hex nuts on mine. 13mm iirc

na thats on the smallblock xe engines i think mine are 10mm so cheers terry :thumbs::thumbs:

Standard spanner type end is M6 = 10mm M8 =13mm but I think the cam caps are torx aren't they?

will more than likely just be a load of thread lock and tight lol. whats m8 and m6 in mm size

Camshaft sprocket bolt is 3 stage
1 50Nm
2 Angle tighten further 60 degree
2 angle tighten further 15 degree

Or you could just do it FT:D

Cam bearing caps are 20Nm for the M8 bolts and 10Nm for M6.
