crank sensor shouldn't do that surely?
Never does on any other car I've had!

It only reads off fault codes that were stored while the car was running - Otherwise it'd pick the fault up when you start the car and the EML would always be on surely?!

done it in the end, and got 4 fault codes out all of which seems to be related to my mantzel style inlet manifold, things like TPS (throttle position sensor hose),
Distibutor High Voltage, crankshaft sensor, and one more which i cant remember

go into where your fuses are underr the steering wheel then look upto the left hand top corner and it should be there, but yours maybe a 16pin one as its 16v

In the fuse Box mate, to the lower left of the steering wheel.
Just under the fuses is a plug.

What year is your car?

My 96 Sport and 99 SXi All had 16 Pin OBD plugs :)

EDIT: Oh yeah its a 95 lol... Either way, should be in the same place :)

There's a guide on the FAQ's section that shows you how to do it with a paperclip!

Hold on...
