Simple to change, like a fuse, but bigger. And a touch more expensive

The green arrow on the dash goes really fast if i indicate right but the bulbs still dont work?
How do i go about checkin the relay?
If i take this to a local garage am i going to get bum raped?

Hi, my corsas drivers side indicators arent working? All 3 (front, side and rear) dont work, regardless of if the indicator or hazards are on. This has happened all of a sudden and i have no idea why?

Anyone got any ideas on what could cause this?
