now the fluid is changed its nice and firm to what it was. Just goes quite away before it begins to bite

Its almost always a case of belleding them until they go firm but old hoses on the front can make them soft too.

It the pedal starting to work too close to the floor or is it braking in the normal place just with a spongey peday?

Got the brake fluid changed on my car today in preperation for the castle coombe action day. The garage stated that the brake pedal travel is a bit too long.

What can I do to adjust it. When I looked the other week the pads and drum shoes had plenty of life in them. Handbrake doesnt pull up too far and the fluid is now new. What else is there to adjust?

Cheers Gavin
