when i switch the ignition on the engine managment light (the one with a spanner through it) doesnt come at all. It should come on for a couple of seconds then go off, the one above it comes on though. Also the car wont start due the fuel pump not engaging any ideas is it a fuse/ relay or an ecu problem ??? thanks
