quote: No, not taking the piss. Used to have coilovers on it but took them off because of the rock hard ride. Standard ones have been fine for a year on my last corsa with this engine and it never knocked once. The kerb outside my house is literally 1cm tall so i cant be hitting the bump stops when i go over that. when the car is stood you can bounce the suspension up and down like any other corsa and it never makes a sound

cheers for the reply but When I put the new whell bearings in the other week I used brand new chris astley hub centres because I thought my old ones might have been slightly undersize. The hub centres have only done a few hundred mileds

The front suspension on my corsa LET has developed quite a nasty sounding knock on the front end, especially on the nearside. |
