The standard intercooler is shit anyway, most intercoolers will fit in behind the bumber without too much cutting. Frontera ones fit nicely being so thin, but with a large surface area. I'm using a cossie one on mine with a bit of modification to the end tanks. | |

will stuggle with a aircon rad to get the boost pipes around the side of it | |

I had my standard 1.2 rad first, then infront of that I am using a astra coupe turbo fan reversed and then a uprated evo intercooler, A good 12 inch thick of parts but still got it on the front of the corsa even with a turbular manifold | |

Frontera one normally I think Dave, with whatever Corsa rad you like, obviously an aircon model one is best. | |
