its ok, my pipe had split and i got eml, iver temp fixed it and yey the light stayed off

when fitted to a turbo engine would boost pass the valve or would it act as a one way valve?

Thanks for the answer. I have also been told that it can be blanked off when fitting TB's. That was all I wanted to know :-)

it vents fuel vapours out of the tank into the intake manifold

What is this? I presume it is the tank-vent-valve?

How does it work...and what does it do??? It has one hose going to the manifold (vacuum), one pipe running to the back of the engine(to the tank?) and a (red) connector for the wiring loom:
