diferent bumpers are made of different types of plastic, the codes are stamped on the inside for example pp etc etc | |

standard corsa bumper is ABS plastic isnt it? | |

soldering iron and some strips of the same type of plastic, make the edges of the pieces being welded into a V shape, then melt it all together | |

or fibre fill basicall u mix the same amount of filler with fibreglass add the hardner mix it and fill the bits u need so easy 2 rud works all the tym and remember and sand everything down ull be fillin first unlike ruff buggers that say oh u can just fill over the paint u cant it does stick the same as onto the plastic with no paint | |

i would say drill some small holes in the recess for the filler to go through and then smooth it off at the back too, just to give it the extra adhesion, it might not make a huge difference but for the one minute it takes its worth a try | |

having it plastic welded would be the most ideal way, but if thats not an option you ban buy Isopon Bumper Fill, which as the name says, is for filling bumpers, then give it a skim of cataloy | |

ah right, if you use filler i guess it'll crack due to the amount you'll be using. | |

making it all smooth as in filling the top recess in the bumper fill the bit marked in red. Thanks for the input Will hmm dont want it cracking on me ..btw the corsa in the picture is not mine it is Brams i think so thank you bram | |

Just wanted ask what materials i would need to do this. I.e should i use fibreglass or filler and what grades of paper did a search and there doesn't seem to be much. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!:thumbs: |
