wishbones are generally wishbone shaped as seenn on cavs and callys and astras (single wishbone macpherson strut) or on sports cars (double wishbone)

In a nova or corsa the tie bar and the bottom arm effectively make up the wishbone together

Similar although wishbones you generally have two of (double wishbone). Bottom arm could be part of a strut arrangement. Depends what type of suspension you are running.
