bleed the brakes using a hydrolic bleeding system and fit some braided hoses. the hissing could be a vaccuum leak from the inlet manifold on the eingine to the servo, get it checked asap.

er, braided hoses, off the top of my head http://www.tuning.co.uk

you just need corsa ones, they'll work with the 2 litre brakes.

as for the noise, not sure what it would be tbh

also forgot to say now and then from inside the car you can hear a hissing noise when you press the break pedal but when i take it to the garage it never does it

are you fitting braided hoses at the same time? and when was the last time the system was bled?

just wanting some info, i have a set of 2.0 calipers for my 1.4 sport, but at the minute the breaks are really spongey, will i have to replace the master cylinder to compensate for this before fitting the 2.0 calipers? or is there any other symptons for this?

thanx
