yeah straight line and round corners.

Could be a fooked rear hub bearing or the brakes binding due to a seized rear caliper or drum.Id strip the rear brakes off and strip back the hub bearing which isnt hard and grease it all back up then replace it all and see what happens.

have you checked that the noise is coming from the back?could be coming from the front?Get someone to rev the car whilst you walk around it to determine where the sound is coming from.Check the engine bay with the bonnet up as it sounds like the alternator belt!!

Any one got any ideas, whever i put my foot down to acelerate or even tap is really lightly there is a high pitched squealing noise coming from what sounds like the rear end of the car, but as soon as im not touching the acelerator it goes.

Any one got any ideas what it could be, its only started recently, also if the car is stationary and i press the acelerator it doesnt make a noise only when im moving.

Car is a suzuki swift gti, already asked on a swift forum but its pretty dead so no replies.

cheers:D
