gearbox linkage needs adjusting. simple 10 min job, common fault as well.

This is getting on my nerves now, previously i thought i couldnt get into reverse without crunching due to the stupidly high revs (icv which is now fixed) but since yesterday its becoming hard to select first and reverse i cant get without it crunching (3/5 times)

the bitting point seems fine, in the normal position what could be the prob should i adjust the clutch cable?

hearbox mising fluid?
