just add a switch to your current fan. If the OE fan isnt keeping the engine to temp, that suggests you have problems! Simply cooling it more isnt the ideal solution.

Unless its due to higher reving, less air flow from daft bumper/bonnet sort the source of the problem :D

I do have an extednded bonnet yes :(

the fan does kick in when the temp gets high but it very rarely does get high enough for it to kick in

My 2.1 seems fine re water temps (dont have oil temp gauge yet)
My old GT needed a overide switch for the fan to just prevent it heating up too quickly. It would rise well above the fan cut in point before falling. Switching it on early in the cabin helped. This was due to mounting a FMIC in front of the rad though

adding an extra fan so that u have 2 controlled by a switch is an option, i know 306's have a double fan for cooling

boonet vents...
remove the rubber seal between the bulkhead and bonnet

Higher capacity rad, oil cooler, bigger sump + more oil e.t.c.. Or you could be really cool and cut a hole in your bonnet and put mesh over it.

Obviously youve got the standard ways of cooling etc but are there any other ways of cooling a car and keeping it cool etc, x16xe :)
