is hard hard to strip and rebuild an engine...im thinking along the line of gsi corsa one.
are there any guides etc manuals?

Stand them in clean oil for ages before you reinstall them... my xe ones have been in castrol for months now... and it turned black as night with the crap that came outta them :lol:

are there any things i should consider when rebuilding my engine to do with lubrication for initial start up?

when i rebuilt my engine before, one of the tappets has always tapped!! how can i avoid this happening again? just make sure there cleaned out thoroughly?
