Ive just 'doug out this thread' due to researching burning oil. Monkey Magic has apparently found a small solution, but i do not know what it is :boggle: as the picture doesnt work anymore.
is there any chance in getting it to work?

the stuff is amazing!!! :cool::thumbs:
i wudnt say my car has fairly bad oil burning! bt now after i used it theirs hardly any smoke now, even at higher revs... and even the oil leak puddles have decreased! and most noticable is the smell of oil burning is almost gone!!

It just makes the oil thicker so it can't get past the rings/seals as much, but do you really want oil in that has had it's properties f**ked about with??

yes i used this, all depends on how severe your oil burning is.....if its VERY VERY minor i'd use it, if its major oil burning then i would stay away, does no good!
Ideal for minor scores in the cylinder liners.

my engine burns upto 2litres of oil a month and on average i do 600 miles per month max!
as standard these engine's are meant to burn upto 1 litre every 1000 miles normally, but mine is way of :lol:
its just, if it WILL slow down the burning and smoke then i will buy it??? :boggle:
dont want to waste money on somthing that is not worth while, because i know my engine is fooked and it will still burn some oil!

I normally forget about them as soon as I leave the shop. Just having a bottle in the car is enough peace of mind for me.

just saw this at halfords for £4.99, its VERY thick and oil based! before i buy i thought i find out about it :)
i know, no doubt, that my engine needs a rebuild because it smokes/burns and leaks oil, but will this stuff help in the mean time to stop the excess smoke from exhaust???
and would their be any draw backs or negative factors in using this product at all??
