cant you remove the front bumper,rad and then manifold? or even the anti roll bar and then remove it :boggle:

it does come out, but yeh its tight. i managed it on a corsa let.

is pretty tight down there!

dont think they will get it out without unbolting the engine!

just had a call from the garage doing some work on my corsa c20xe. they need to take the inlet manifold off but reckon they can't without taking the engine out.

i didn't know that it was that tight that you haven't got the clearance to remove it.......?
