195/50 for best grip. 45s to keep the speedo more accurate

If i've got 15's and FK Coilovers what sort of profile tyre can i get away with? Already got 195/45 but no too happy with them. The higher the profile the better. I'm not fussed how they look just want the best grip....

Was looking at Toyo Proxes T1-S.....:)
