Start by removing the battery, romove the two small coolant hoses that go to the expansion tank, undo the 2 plastic nuts that secure it to the bulkhead. wiggle the tank out of the way. Remove the coolant hose from the expansion tank. there a a few electrical plugs that you can remove to make acces easier. Undo the fuel return pipe *make sure the car has been standin around 20mins so that any pressure has gone* then rmove the fuel feed. U will then need to remove the funny clip that hold the induction pipe to the bottom of the throttle body. push this down. this will give you more room to get your tools in. You should be able to get at the 2 retaining screws on the egr. Torx bits...easily rounded without the right size. with these undone u should be able to take it straight out. Make a blankin plate and put it bk with some gasket sealant and a new gasket from Vaux.

Block the EGR and use a CCV bypass, no more messy induction:lol:
