i would have thought it would be as simple as extending the length of the power cables (ground the chassis from in the boot etc) and the earth connection between the engine and batteries negative connection :boggle:

Yup just take your pos battery cable and get some run down to the boot. Earth it all to a clean spot in the boot. Have a look in ICE forums at split charging as this envolves fitting a battery in the boot - however you wont need a relay as your only running one battery.

tell you what, put it so the positive is wired to your chair, negative to your bird's passenger chair.

how do i go about putting the battery into the back. it's on a mk1 golf not corsa but same principles and what not. Is it just a matter of doing some cusom wiring from the battery to the plugs??
