make sure u tighten it right down on the gearbox end.... i went through 2 of them before i figured out what a plank i was..:lol:

mate if ure taking clocks out then swap dials over while u can get to them

no ramps. the cable passes through the bulkhead so yes it comes out that way. also the clock need to be out of the dash to clip it on.

will I need it on ramps then mate or not I understand but not 100% to get it hrough to the speedo does it have to come out of the bulk head

it's quite simple geezer. attach to the back of the speedo first, take the smoothest sweeping route posible. attch the gearbox one last again taking the smoothest route with sweeping curves. tight bends will result in a snapped cable (like i had).

also take your time threading the gearbox connector as you don't want crossthread the nylon.

Me being a novice is it hard to fit a speedo cable, what will I have to do as I have no idea am I right in saying part of it goes to the speedo and the other end goes somewhere to the gearbox or is that totally wrong its for a corsa gsi 2.0l 16v, I have the gsi speedo cable ordered and will be here on Saturday morning thanmks for any info Regards Paul...:thumbs:
