IIRC the gear selector is all on the gearbox mount. | |

well relax then ud pick up a whole gearbox for that engine for about 40 quid and that would have the selctor on it. | |

its in the engine bay and goes to the gearbox. You can see it if u look down the back of the engine. According to the bloke at the transmission place i have to buy a whole new linkage which could cost loads :boggle: | |

still not sure were exatly that is. if it is down on the gear box it could be a pain in the ass although there is a plastic piece down there that is quite easy to replace once ya can get yer hand into it. | |

Does any body know how much it would roughly cost to change the gear selector/linkage whatever it is on my car - 93 corsa sri. It snapped 2day :( |
