With the right software it will read and reset all fault codes and also give reattime output of all the vehicle sensors (even ones not on the dash)..... can have a full digital dashboard on the laptop.

I just need to get it working.

Me and Jamog off here have been scratching our heads about this.

mate, i would be interested in this :) ive always wanted to get a graphical LCD made that will fit where the clocks are (expensive i know, but would look propper MINT having LCD clocks), but ive been think on how i can get some of the data onto the display, and this would be great  especially since its all digital too :)
although do you know what info is possible to be read from the ecu? i mean, does the ecu know what speed your doing? or what gear you are it?

looks good though mate, let me know how you get on

Not this interface,

If you are able to do a paperclip test (i can't) you will have a different ECU... mine uses an ISO datastream whereas yours will need a VPW datastream interface... you can buy them, but they cost around £100.

Not sure if anyone knows anything about this stuff but i've got my ecu talking to my laptop...kinda.

Has anyone got any obd2 software that will work with ISO or KWP200 protocol.... its a 1999 corsa B with the motronic 1.5.5 ecu (different to allot of corsas)

Just thought i'd share this with you...
