soz, i was under the impression that when u apply your brake pedal this only uses the brake pads on the front wheels and the brake shoes at the rear was for the hand brake.

guess i'll learn ;)

because when you brake it uses the rear brakes aswell as the front to stop you

nope, but a prob with the break light coming on while corners a while back. topping up the brake fluid got rid of this mind :/

Sometimes atm when i brake a hear a scraping sound :( My 1st thought was the brake pads but they seem fine (well drivers side looks ok, not checked other yet).
After listening again it sounds like it from more towards the back but nothing is touching the ground, the car aint even lowered yet.


any ideas what it could be?
