Car defo runs better without Induction Kit..... just drill your box mate :thumbs:

Your exaust makes enough noise and thats all people wanna hear..... you dont here people say "WOW listen to that induction kit" do you :rolleyes:

You should hear mine, its LOUD. Centre section cut off and sebring 6x4 oval. I took my BFO off for the service and the car actually feels faster, so i'm not sure whether to put it back on or not

it could be anything, it wasnt really noisy but i liked waking my parents up when i went to work at 5:30!

told you all they arn't worth the hassle thats why i took my induction kit off and left standard airbox on:thumbs:

I drove to leeds the other day (80 odd miles) and put my standard airbox back on instead of BFO cone and used bout half as much petrol! lol Might leave it off now :(

checked this today n mine runs at 3500 at 70mph

My 1.8 SRi version sits at about 3250 for 70mph. Yours sounds very normal for the engine size.

I was driving this morning at 70 and revs were just over 3.5k :D - so defo normal.

yep that's normal mate.thats why they use so much petrol and have a crap top end speed

my old corsa c was at about 3900ish when at 70 so urs is proably fine mate.

As for 1.4 , 1.8s , their revs will be lower.

gettin really pissed off now bout my 53plate 1.2 sxi, when on the motorway and the car is running @ 70 the revs are at 4k! is this normal? if ne 1 has a 1.4 or 1.8 are there revs lower at this speed? thanks.
