If its not on upside down it might just need twisting around.

You dont really need to take the wheel off to do it, can get under it from the back. Just make sure the cars not going to fall on you.

so I've had em fitted upside down for about a year... no probs (I think)

Agree, I have a spax setup and the writing is the wrong way up, i called spax directly and they said ignore the writing one end is larger than the other thats how you determine which way round it goes (cant remember which way it is now).

you don't need spring compressors on the back just jack the car up and you should be able to twist the spring back into place

yer i havnt got any spring compressers so will have to get a gargae to quickly do it, need to get alternator bracket bolt and bush put on neway so do both at the same time!

think we actually used the standard bumpstops cant actually remember, but ive had the kit on for 4/5 weeks, and ive only now heard creaking noises, so looked under compared sides and the left hand side seems to sit in better than the right!!

right
i have gmax 60mm yes it creaks thats normal
but also the rear shocks have bee know to knock and bang this is caused by the top seating bushes/bump stops

you use the vauxhaul rear seting bumpstops/bushed this cures it
i know coz my kit is set up this way and it has never banged or knocked

Probably on upside down. One end is bigger than the other on some springs, and so every time u go over a bump, the spring is sliding around on the base and knocking.

Its pretty safe, but worth takin out and redoin to prevent knockin noise. Only take 2 mins.

is that just the quality of the pic, or is all the paint rubbed away on the coils?

Adam-D

Been hearing a slight knocking noise this week, i know theres one from the front coz my bfo is hitting against the wing, but ive also heard on from the drivers side rear.

So took a pic of spring, and it doesnt seem to sit in the circle part right?? But the other side does.

Heres a pic, not very clear but cudnt really get the camera any higher!!
