i have a 1.2 sxi, tried them and can honestly i was dissapointed, lucas pads are more than half the price and last alot longer, green stuffs were great for a month then went orrible, lost alot of bite, lucas/vx stays constant and lasts alot longer, brake dust on greenstuffs was bad too.

the greenstuffs are crap, wear out really quick and the brake dust is terrible, stick to oe pads!

just remember to change both sets of brake pads on each wheel even if the brake pads on the right wheel ain't worn as much you still need to change them

I sell all of the above ^^^ Personally i'd get EBC pads, then when ur discs wear out get better discs, the discs aint gonna wear quick tho

Greenstuff pads are meant to be used the uprated discs as they are harder and wear the standard discs down quicker.:)

I was thinking about getting Grooved Black Diamond discs and Greenstuff pads. £175 from PVD.

Vauxhall pads are very shite on the corsa C, it takes the piss. My Dad is a driving instructor and we just get halfords pads, they last longer and are alot cheaper. Chris you could get some EBC greenstuff pads for your car, i am gonna get some for mine soon, they brake better and give off hardly any dust

yes s red sxi said its the small little clips on the calipers/pads to alert u that ur pads are going! just getsum new pads

chris_uk

well its like wen the wheel turns it will scrape in one place so you can hear how many times the wheel is going round, but if you put your foot on the brake it will do it constantly, till yuou lift back off.

i had a similar problem, the guy i bought it off sed it were brake dust they gathered they but i took it to vaux and they sed a small part had broken off and hence the scraping but mine was constant on and on

This is the little clips they put on the Corsa C brake pads, they make this niose to alert you that the pads are going. This is definately your problem

was driving home the other nite and heard what sounded to be scraping near my front left wheel, it seems to be summin to do wiv the brakes coz wen i press down on the brake its a constant scraping.. its fine wen you first start driving untill you press the brake and then it starts.
