Im the same, would like to do it myself, wiring putting me off, and the worry of getting it into a lot of bits and not being able to put it all back together! Wouldn't mind a look at the fitting instructions from PVD that you get with the fitting kit to see how difficult it really is.

I have access to the whole car, I'm getting my 2.2 motor from, insurance write off, rolled and severely bent up. I am obtaining a wiring diagram for that car, last shape late model Vectra 2.2 and wiring Diagram from the Corsa 1.2 Sxi. Knowing people who work for Vauxhall in Ellesmere Port helps too.

No you just need the engine wiring loom

getting confident enogh that i could do this myself the only hang up i have is the wiring

When you guys say u need to get the loom out of the donner car does this mean the entire loom I.E the bit of it that in underneath the dash aswell?.

Also the ecu this is just an programable IC?

so i just take this out of it holder or do i take holder and all?

would u recomend using the PVD upgrade kit for the rest of it?

what the quality of the parts they supply?

Dont want no breaking driveshafts:lol:

i figure if i actually bite the bullt and fit this myself i'll be able to trouble shoot it alot better

and there is of course the saving in labour:D
