i had the same problem with my 1.2 8v. iff you stab the accelerator when stoped it trys to cut out like as if there wasent enough petrol getting through if u push it smoothly its not bad?

When it stalls takes a while to start back up again and sounds rough?

and when it starts back up the revs drift way up then back down again

temp sensor was bust well thats what vauxhall said

got that and the timing belt done at the same time works fine now

so i presume it was the temp sensor.:)

have u got an induction kit on the engine.
Mine started to judder when i fitted the induction kit.
The only way i stopped it was to tape up the end of the red wire that used to lead to the side of the airbox as i could feel it sucking in air (if u understand what i mean)

I start my engine it turns over fine runs fine touch the accelerator and it starts juddering, turning over slowly and engine stalls as if not enough or too much fuel is getting into cylinders turn it back on and it starts reving at bout 2000rpm then touch the accelerator again and engine stalls. As its an intermittent fault its hard to determine what it is without taking everything apart just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what did you do to sort it out?

Cheers Nick
