The 1.6 has either 16 or 19 bhp more to start with, as you start tuning that gap is going to get bigger, not smaller. | |

Its not worth fitting cams onto these engines with standard management as you cant use vernier pullies. This leaves you will a fairly mild cam thats cost isn't really worth the gain. | |

unichip or dasktek management. i think u can get a larger throttle body for the 1.4 too, regal or courtney i think do it. | |

Id say headwork 1st as i doubt ul be able to get to the rpm to justify cams, esecially with a lexmaul, will still give a few bhp though. | |
